Terms of service
Effective 7 November 2026 · These terms are the agreement between you and Maykesh Saravanan, trading as MuroAXO. Read them with the Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Rules and AI Notice.
1. Who we are and these terms
MuroAXO is a software workspace operated by Maykesh Saravanan, a sole trader established in England and Wales, trading as MuroAXO (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our business address is Hardwick House, Masons Hill, Bromley, BR2 9GW, England, UK. You can contact us at info@leanopsstudio.co.uk.
These terms form a contract between you and us and apply to your use of the MuroAXO website, app, project tools, model integrations, preview and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a paid plan, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. A paid plan may be purchased only by an adult who can enter a binding contract. We may ask for information to confirm your age.
2. The Service
MuroAXO is a model-agnostic creative and coding workspace. It connects the model provider you choose to a project editor, bounded workspace tools, research features, hosted previews and, where supported, provider-hosted code execution.
We do not supply model access, API credits or provider subscriptions unless a page expressly says so. You must connect your own provider account or compatible endpoint and pay that provider’s charges. Provider availability, limits, safety settings and output are controlled by the provider.
Free workspaces are supported by optional advertising. Pro workspaces do not load advertising. Ads appear only in the app shell and never inside model responses. Optional advertising loads only after you give consent in the cookie banner.
Features may vary by model, provider, plan, device and API version. We may label experimental features as beta or preview features.
3. Accounts and security
You sign in with a verified email address and connect a GitHub account that owns your project repositories. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in email and provider credentials secure, and not share your account with another person.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring you have authority to connect the GitHub account and repositories you use. Tell us immediately at info@leanopsstudio.co.uk if you believe your account, session or provider credentials have been compromised.
We may require you to reset credentials, reconnect GitHub or complete additional checks where needed to protect your account or the Service.
4. Your projects and content
You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, project files, images and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display and create backups of Your Content solely to provide, secure and improve the Service, and to share it with the providers you choose as needed for your request. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies in backups, logs and provider systems that are retained under the periods described in the Privacy Notice.
Hosted project files are stored and versioned in the GitHub repositories you connect. If a repository is public, anyone can read its contents. Do not put secrets, credentials or confidential information in a repository or prompt unless you accept that risk and have the necessary permissions.
You are responsible for having the rights, consents and lawful bases needed to submit Your Content and to use model output. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment; we will not identify you publicly without permission.
5. AI output and human review
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure, biased, outdated or similar to output produced for someone else. It is not legal, medical, financial, security or other professional advice.
You must review and test generated code, dependencies, commands, research and content before relying on, publishing or deploying them. Auto apply is a setting that reduces per-change review; you remain responsible for the result.
Provider-hosted code execution runs in the provider’s sandbox and may incur provider charges. It is separate from the MuroAXO Worker and does not directly edit your project files. See the AI Notice for more detail.
6. Plans, prices, VAT and renewals
Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe. The price, billing interval and features are shown at checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. If we are, or become, VAT registered, VAT will be added at the applicable rate and shown at checkout. The UK VAT registration threshold is currently £90,000 and is subject to change.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorise Stripe and us to charge the payment method you provide. Stripe handles card data; we do not store full card numbers.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, the new price applies to the next period. We may change or withdraw free-tier features with reasonable notice.
You can cancel through the billing controls made available in the app or by emailing info@leanopsstudio.co.uk. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the law requires otherwise, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and we do not refund partial periods.
7. Your right to cancel if you are a consumer
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel a paid contract within 14 days from the day the contract is formed, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to info@leanopsstudio.co.uk or to our postal address. Include your name, address, the email used for the account and, if available, the order or subscription reference. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Model cancellation form
To: Maykesh Saravanan, trading as MuroAXO, Hardwick House, Masons Hill, Bromley, BR2 9GW, England, UK.
I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following service: MuroAXO paid plan.
Ordered on: ____________________ · Account email: ____________________
Name of consumer(s): ____________________
Address of consumer(s): ____________________
Signature (only if this form is sent on paper): ____________________ · Date: ____________________
If you ask us to begin supplying a paid service during the 14-day period, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you tell us you are cancelling. We will refund the rest without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may deduct the proportionate charge from the refund.
Digital content: if you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins, that right ends when supply begins. We will rely on this only where we have obtained that express consent and acknowledgment. If we have not, your cancellation right remains.
This section does not affect your statutory rights if digital content or a service is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cancelling a subscription after the 14-day period stops the next renewal but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the current period, except where the law requires one.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Rules. Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass authentication or usage limits, interfere with other users, or use the Service to break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
9. Availability, changes and data
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is evolving software. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures and security events may interrupt access.
We may change, pause or remove features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice and, if appropriate, a proportionate refund or the right to cancel.
You should export important work and keep independent backups. GitHub is the durable project store; previews and temporary files may be cleared.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own lawful purposes while these terms apply.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law expressly permits it or we give written permission. Open-source components are governed by their own licences, which prevail over these terms where they conflict.
11. Our responsibility to you
We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or opportunity. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of GitHub, your model provider, Stripe, MagicAds or other third parties.
Subject to the previous paragraphs, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) £100. For consumers, this limit applies only to the extent it is fair and lawful; your statutory rights are unaffected.
You are responsible for claims arising from Your Content or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion through the account panel or by emailing info@leanopsstudio.co.uk.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Rules, fail to pay, create a security or legal risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to remedy the issue. We may act immediately where there is a serious security, fraud, abuse or legal risk.
If we terminate for our convenience, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused part of the period. If we terminate because you breached these terms, you will not receive a refund except where the law requires one.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. GitHub repositories remain in your GitHub account unless you delete them. We retain data as described in the Privacy Notice.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact info@leanopsstudio.co.uk first so we can try to resolve the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to provide a substantive response within 28 days.
If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute, you may use a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We are not obliged to participate in ADR. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in court.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts and rely on mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory local law.
15. General
These terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor business or in connection with a restructuring, provided your rights are not reduced. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce them, except where the law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. For paid subscribers, we will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes. The version in force when you use the Service applies.
