Acceptable use

Effective 7 November 2026 · Clear boundaries keep MuroAXO useful, lawful and safe for everyone.

These rules form part of your agreement with MuroAXO. They are operated by Maykesh Saravanan, trading as MuroAXO, Hardwick House, Masons Hill, Bromley, BR2 9GW, England, UK. Report abuse to info@leanopsstudio.co.uk.

Purpose

These Acceptable Use Rules apply to everyone who uses MuroAXO, including the app, project tools, model integrations, research features, previews, GitHub connection, code execution and support channels. By using MuroAXO, you agree to follow them.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use MuroAXO, its tools or its output to:

  • break the law, facilitate a crime, or infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
  • create, request, distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, terrorism, serious violence, hateful conduct, harassment, stalking or targeted abuse;
  • access, probe, scan, disrupt, overload or damage accounts, systems, networks or data without authorization;
  • create, deploy or distribute malware, ransomware, credential stealers, phishing kits, exploit chains, botnets or tools designed to evade security controls;
  • conduct fraud, deception, impersonation or social engineering, or create content intended to deceive people about its origin or authenticity;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape at scale, create fake accounts, or automate abusive or deceptive activity;
  • circumvent authentication, usage limits, safety controls, provider safeguards or billing restrictions;
  • upload or process content you are not entitled to use, or confidential information without the necessary authorization;
  • make a high-impact decision about a person (such as employment, housing, credit, education, healthcare or legal status) solely on the basis of model output, without independent human review and appropriate safeguards;
  • provide regulated legal, medical, financial or other professional advice through the Service in a way that misrepresents the output as human professional advice;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the Service to another person as a substitute for their own account, except as expressly permitted in writing.

AI-specific rules

AI output is probabilistic and can be wrong, insecure or harmful. You must review it before relying on it. In particular, you must not use MuroAXO to:

  • generate content that sexualizes or exploits a minor, or create non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • impersonate a real person or organization in a way that is likely to deceive or cause harm;
  • produce disinformation, fake citations or fabricated evidence intended for publication as fact;
  • build or improve malicious code, phishing pages, credential-harvesting interfaces or evasion tooling;
  • make decisions about a person’s access to essential services, opportunities or legal rights without meaningful human involvement;
  • violate the terms, safety policies or usage limits of the model provider you connect.

Where the law or professional standards require you to disclose that content was generated or assisted by AI, you are responsible for making that disclosure.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the repositories, prompts, files, images and other content you submit; for having the rights and permissions needed to use them; for keeping secrets and credentials out of prompts and project files; and for reviewing generated code, dependencies, commands and research before you run or deploy them. You must comply with GitHub’s terms and your model provider’s terms. You are also responsible for maintaining backups of important work.

Provider-hosted code execution runs in a separate sandbox and may incur provider charges. It does not execute on the MuroAXO Worker and does not directly change your project files. Do not treat a provider sandbox as access to your own computer, network or data.

Security research and reporting

Do not test, probe or attempt to exploit MuroAXO’s security without our prior written permission. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact info@leanopsstudio.co.uk with enough detail to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before public disclosure. We will not pursue legal action against a researcher who acts in good faith, avoids privacy violations and data destruction, and follows this responsible-disclosure process.

Enforcement

We may investigate credible reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, the law requires action, or the safety of users or infrastructure is at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond. We may act immediately for serious abuse, security or legal risk.

Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund except where the law requires one or where we terminate for our convenience. We may preserve and share information with law enforcement, regulators or affected providers where required or permitted by law.

If you believe we have acted in error, email info@leanopsstudio.co.uk within 14 days with the account email and an explanation. We will review the decision and respond within a reasonable period.

Reporting abuse

To report abuse, illegal content or a security concern, email info@leanopsstudio.co.uk. Include the relevant account, repository, URL or message, the rule you believe was broken, and any supporting evidence. Do not send us confidential material you are not authorized to share.

Changes

We may update these rules to address new abuse patterns, legal requirements or product changes. The effective date at the top will change with a material revision. The version in force when you use MuroAXO applies.
